Generate and try it

Generate the package

From your Flow project, use a running server’s URL:
Terminal
For local testing, use the URL printed by npm run mcp instead.

Load the Claude package

Run Claude Code from your project folder:
Terminal
Restart the session after regenerating the package.

Try a workflow

Ask a question covered by one of your skills. In the café starter, ask about an allergy.Check it worked: the skill is available and the host calls the appropriate café tool. The MCP connection should point to /mcp/plugin, not /mcp.

What ships

plugins/claude/
Skills come from the package, while /mcp/plugin serves only tools. For team distribution, follow Claude Code’s plugin documentation. Flow generates the files; it does not publish a marketplace listing. See the plugin overview for regeneration, authentication and custom endpoints.
